Queens in Position

Our Purpose

We are a women's empowering networking organization, and everything we do comes back to one idea: when women build together, everybody rises.

In Her Words

Come and build ourselves together

Queens in Position is a women's empowering networking organization. Our purpose is to come and build ourselves together, and to empower and elevate others in their purpose.

That is the whole of it, and it is enough. We are not here to hand you a formula. We are here to be the women in the room while you work out your own. We talk about the real things: the business you are starting, the promotion you are going after, the dream you have been carrying quietly for years, and the habits that either carry you toward it or hold you back. Nothing is too small to bring to this table, and nothing is too big for us to help you carry.

You will find every season of womanhood in this room. The one just starting out with an idea and a notebook. The one in the middle of a rebuild, figuring out what comes next. The one already leading and looking for sisters who understand the weight of it. And the one who has been holding her dream close for years and is finally ready to say it out loud. All of them belong here. So do you.

Queens in Position is led by Kapri Campbell, who many of you know as Kaira. She built this because she knows what it is to have a vision and no one to build it with. So she made the room she needed, put a crown on the door, and keeps it open for the woman who walks in next.

If you want change, change begins with you!

Our Mission

To give women a sisterhood that strengthens them, a network that opens doors for them, and a community that keeps pointing them back to their purpose.

Who We Are For

Women in every season: the one just starting out, the one in the middle of a rebuild, the one already leading, and the one who is finally ready to say her dream out loud.

Our Board

Meet Our Board

Five women, one table, one shared purpose. These are the queens who keep Queens in Position moving: planning the meetings, welcoming the new faces, and making sure every woman who walks through the door is seen.

CEO and Founder

Kaira “Kapri” Campbell

Kapri built the room she needed: a place where women come together, build themselves up, and lift the sister beside them while they climb. She knows what it is to have a vision and no one to build it with, so she made the room anyway, and she keeps the door open for the next woman who walks in.

“If you want change, change begins with you!”

What You Grow Into

Eight things every queenleaves with

We build confidence. We do the self work. We learn how to respect, how to commit, how to work well with others, how to support one another, how to encourage one another, and how to love ourselves out loud. That is not a slogan on a poster. It is what actually happens in the room, month after month, and it stays with you long after you go home.

  1. 01

    Building Confidence

Confidence is not something you are handed, it is something you practice, and this is the room to practice it in. Say the idea out loud here first. Share the win you have been playing down. Ask for what you actually want. Every time you do it in front of women who are cheering for you, it gets easier to do it out in the world.

  2. 02

    Self Work

Before we build anything out there, we look at what is going on in here. We talk honestly about the habits, the doubts and the old stories that keep a woman small. This part is not heavy, it is freeing. Every queen at this table is doing her own work too, and nobody is grading yours.

  3. 03

    Learning How to Respect

Respect starts with you. We practice holding our own boundaries, speaking to ourselves the way we would speak to a sister, and treating every woman in the room as the whole entire person she is. Once you learn to respect yourself out loud, it changes how the rest of the world has to treat you.

  4. 04

    Learning How to Commit

A dream with a date on it behaves differently. We help you commit to the thing you keep talking about, and then we hold you to it with love. Show up for the meeting. Finish the one small step you promised. Commitment is just a decision you keep making, and it is a whole lot easier when somebody is expecting you.

  5. 05

    Working Well With Others

A lot of good gets done when women stop competing and start collaborating. Here you learn to share the credit, to hear a different way of doing it, and to build something with a sister that neither of you could have built alone. Bring what you are great at, let somebody else bring what she is great at, and watch what the two of you make.

  6. 06

    Supporting One Another

When one queen wins, we all get taller. We show up for each other in the real ways: the launch, the interview, the hard week, the celebration nobody else understood. You will never have to wonder whether anyone in this room is rooting for you. She is, and she will tell you so.

  7. 07

    Encouraging One Another

Encouragement is our love language and we are fluent in it. We say the good thing out loud, we name what we see in you before you can see it yourself, and we keep pointing every woman back to her purpose. Somebody in this room is going to say exactly the sentence you needed to hear this month. That is not an accident, that is what a sisterhood is for.

  8. 08

    Encouraging You to Love Yourself

Before you can love anybody else well, you have to love the woman looking back at you. We practice that here, out loud. We say kind things about ourselves and mean them. We stop apologizing for taking up space. We celebrate the body, the story and the softness that carried us this far. You are allowed to be your own favorite person, and this room will cheer while you learn how. Start today, queen. You have been waiting on yourself long enough.

If you want change, change begins with you!

Every one of these eight things starts with the same move, and it is the one only you can make. Come to a meeting, or send Kapri a note, and let the women in this room do the rest. You will not be doing it alone, and that is the whole promise.

What We Do

How we build together

Four things, done well, every month. That is the whole of what we do, and it turns out that is all it takes.

01

Build Ourselves Together

We meet, we talk, we plan, and we tell the truth about where we really are. This is a room where you can say the real thing out loud: the business you are starting, the promotion you are going after, the dream you have been carrying quietly for years. Somebody here has been exactly where you are, and somebody here needs to hear your story.

02

Empower One Another

Encouragement with substance. We share what we know, we open doors when we can, and we hold each other to the goals we said out loud. You will not get a pat on the head here. You will get a sister who remembers what you said you were going to do, and asks you about it next month.

03

Elevate Others in Their Purpose

Every woman in this room has something to give. We make sure the sister beside us is seen, supported and celebrated in the work she is called to do. When one of us wins, we say her name loudly and we mean it.

04

Grow Our Network

New connections, new ideas, new opportunities. The woman you meet at the table this month becomes the person you build with for years to come, and the introductions start the moment you walk in the room.

What We Believe

The things we will always stand on

Every sisterhood has a set of promises underneath it. These are ours, and we say them out loud every time we gather.

You are not meant to build alone

Purpose can feel lonely when you are carrying it by yourself, and most of us carried it that way for far too long. Here you get a table of women who understand the weight of it, and who help you carry it instead of watching you struggle.

Your purpose is worth protecting

We treat your dreams as seriously as our own. That means real questions, honest feedback and steady support, not empty compliments that feel good for an hour and help nothing.

Another woman winning is not your loss

There is room enough for all of us, and there always was. When one queen rises, she reaches back, grabs the next hand and brings another one up with her. That is how the whole table gets taller.

Change begins with you

We believe it and we say it out loud, every single month. If you want something different, the first move is yours to make. You just do not have to make it alone, and that is exactly why this room exists.

There is a seat here for you

Come to a meeting, or send Kapri a note and tell her what you are building. Either way, you will not be doing it alone. That is the whole promise, and we keep it.
